With FLTRD, we make the healthy choice the easy choice. We've curated selections for you by analyzing various products and filtering out ultra-processed foods. Additionally, we provide a wealth of nutritional information and educational resources.

Product Selections

In collaboration with a team of nutrition coaches and food experts, we've developed a method to identify and eliminate ultra-processed foods. While we won't divulge all the method's details, we primarily analyse ingredient lists. In general, we avoid products with excessive ingredients, E-numbers from our blacklist, and unnecessary sugars (or their synonyms).

Personalised Nutrition

While eliminating ultra-processed foods is beneficial for everyone, we firmly believe that what constitutes a healthy diet is highly context-dependent. Factors like stress, physical activity and lifestyle play a significant role in determining your nutritional needs. Moreover, some individuals are more sensitive to certain elements like dairy, gluten, nuts, anti-nutrients, or grains. Nutrition coaches can help you finding your best unique approach. And in the FLTRD app, you can set up personal filters so you will only see what matters to you.
